At Aloura, we aim to deliver your fragrance safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.  
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
• Standard delivery across India: 3–7 business days depending on location.  
• Metro cities may receive orders faster.

Shipping Charges
• Free shipping may be available on selected offers or orders.  
• Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on selected locations in India.  
• Orders may require OTP or call confirmation before dispatch.  
• A small convenience fee may apply for COD orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor delivery status.

Delays
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
