RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ALOURA
At Aloura, every fragrance is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective.
• You received the wrong item.
Return Request
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear unboxing video and photos of the product
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Refunds / Replacements
Once approved, we will offer:
• A replacement product, or
• Store credit / refund (as applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used perfumes
• Change of mind or fragrance preference
• Minor packaging variations
Processing Time
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
